Lent is almost over.
The next 9 days are heavy in church history.Not a happy time.
We had an Ecumenical Lenten service today. Ecumenical means-"representing a number of different Christian churches"
I gave up coffee for lent, I don't think I am going to go back to drinking it on a regular basis. I have gotten better at writing on a regular basis. I think this year, lent was more a period of discernment.
Its time...
To go BACK to SCHOOL.
I need to finish my bachelors and then get my masters. Deep breath. Eventually I will get the courage to write about what I am getting my Masters in, for now, it is just a bit overwhelmingconsidering knowing I am going back to school .
I have posted about the preaching class I was in, its done. I learned that I am a researcher, and presenter. The biggest critique I got was that I don't speak loud enough. And/or stay close enough to the microphone. I have a lapel mic at my home church. And someone who controls the sound :) ( Thank you)
I have many ideas for sermons which I have been encouraged to write down and put in a file. I think that is my next project.
